Custom Rubber Extrusions

We manufacture both standard and custom rubber extrusions that deliver reliable performance over years of operation. We produce custom profiles from EPDM, NBR, SEBS, silicone, and polyurethane according to your exact designs. Minimum Order Quantity: 1 meter.

Every profile is made strictly to order. We do not stock premade extrusions — your components are ALWAYS extruded to order in the exact compound and color required for your application.

We do not require expensive wire EDM tooling for crossheads. Our proprietary 3D-printed extrusion crosshead technology allows us to produce custom extruded profiles without costly metal dies. This innovation makes the manufacture of custom rubber profiles fast and highly cost-effective, even for small quantities.

If you do not have a CAD drawing, we offer vectorization directly from a photograph. To digitize your rubber profile, simply send us a clear photo of the profile cross-section placed next to a ruler or caliper at the same focal level. We will convert the photo into a 1:1 scale CAD drawing and submit it for your verification prior to production.
