All rubber components we produce are engineered for demanding industrial environments. We manufacture parts exclusively from premium industrial-grade elastomers, including NBR, EPDM, SEBS, silicone, and polyurethane compounds.

The average production lead time for a custom rubber part based on your drawing, photo, or 3D model is 2 to 3 weeks. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): 1 piece.

We value all clients equally, whether you need a single prototype or a batch of 10,000 units — every order is produced strictly according to specification and delivered on schedule.

If you do not have a CAD drawing, we offer vectorization and dimensioning directly from a photo. Simply send us a clear photograph of your part placed next to a ruler or caliper at the same focal level. We will process the photo, create a 1:1 scale CAD drawing, and submit it for your approval before production.

How we work:

2. We create a 1:1 scale CAD drawing and send it for your verification.
3. You review the drawing, and we make adjustments if necessary.
4. We manufacture the rubber parts and dispatch them with fast global tracking to your address.
