We are manufacture both standard and custom rubber extrusions that work reliably for years. We make profiles from EPDM, NBR, SEBS and silicone. Profiles are made according to your design. Minimum Order Quantity 1 meter.

We can create rubber profile one to your exact specifications. We don’t stock any premade extrusions – your parts will ALWAYS be extruded to order in the material you need, including silicone, EPDM, SEBS, nitrile, natural rubber and polyurethane.

We don't use wire EDM for crosshead. Our technology extrusion 3d head allows you to produce custom extruded profiles without metal crosshead. This technology makes the process of manufacturing a cast rubber profile cheap and fast.
