 Rubber
is molded through three different methods: injection molding, transfer
molding, and rubber compression molding.
The technologies developed by our company
allow casting and molding without using expensive metal molds. We
widely use 3D technologies in our production process. This allows us to
produce even single rubber parts inexpensively and quickly.
 Most
industries use rubber in some capacity. Whether it is in manufactured
products or production equipment, rubber is an essential material. Some
industries use rubber much more than others. .
All rubber parts we manufacture are
designed for industrial use. We manufacturing rubber parts from the
best types of industrial rubber, polyurethane and silicone compounds.
The average time required to manufacture a custom rubber part according
to your drawing/3d model is 2-3 weeks. Minimum Order Quantity 1 piece.
We do not have small and large customers. We will produce both 1 rubber part and a series of 10,000 rubber parts according to the drawing and on time.
If you do not
have a drawing, we can offer the option of scanning a drawing by
photo. To scan, we need to send you a similar photo, with a ruler
located at the same level as the part. We will scan photo. Make a
drawing. Send it to you for verification. Further manufacturing
according to the agreed drawing.
How we work:
1. You send a photo, drawing or sample.
2. We make a drawing in 1:1 scale. Send it to you for verification.
3. You check the drawing, make changes if necessary.
4. We produce rubber parts and delivery it to you address or you can pick up goods from Pissouri.
