About Us

Our company specializes in manufacturing custom rubber parts across Europe and Cyprus. We produce any custom rubber component based on photos, sketches, technical drawings, or 3D models.

Simple Ordering Process:

1. You send us a sketch, photo, or technical drawing of the required part.
2. Our engineering team drafts a technical drawing and sends it for your approval.
3. You review the drawing. We make adjustments if necessary.
4. We manufacture the parts and ensure fast, reliable delivery.

Photo Scanning: Dimensioning Profile Parts

To digitize and manufacture your custom part without a CAD drawing, follow these simple guidelines when photographing your rubber profile:

• Hold your smartphone vertically (90°), directly above the profile and caliper on grid paper.
• If the photo is taken at an angle, geometric distortion will distort dimensions during vectorization.

Custom Cable Grommets & Pass-Through Seals

Our company designs and produces custom rubber grommets, cable pass-throughs, and wall seals with symmetrical or asymmetrical (WS) designs. These suit any electrical wiring, hose, or pipe pass-through, protecting cables against friction and sharp panel edges.

Made-to-order manufacturing only: We produce strictly according to your specifications. No standard sizes in stock. Minimum order quantity (MOQ): starting from 1 piece.

Rubber Types & Material Properties

We manufacture your parts according to the exact material properties required for your application:

• NBR: Excellent resistance to oils, fuels, and greases.
• EPDM: Superior resistance to weather, UV, ozone, and hot water.
• Silicone: High & low temperature resistance (-50°C to +200°C), food-grade quality.
• Polyurethane & SEBS: Exceptional resistance to abrasion, wear, and impacts.

Production & Logistics (Cyprus)

• EU Manufacturing: Production takes place at our main manufacturing facility in Romania.
• Lead Times: Average production time for small to medium batches is 2 to 3 weeks.
• Self-Pickup: Orders can be picked up in person from Pissouri.
• Delivery Options: Direct delivery available to Limassol, or island-wide shipping via ACS Courier.
